Paul Simon was not part of the 26th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony in 2010. The event actually took place on March 14, 2011
At this event, Paul Simon was a presenter and inducted fellow musician and songwriter Neil Diamond into the Hall of Fame.

This was the closing skit to the third "Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert for Autism Education" telethon
to raise awareness and funds for services for children with autism. Original air date was October 21, 2010.
n May 2010, Paul Simon gave a performance at Brandeis University's main commencement ceremony and received an honorary degree.
Following the main ceremony, he also spoke at the School of Creative Arts commencement and performed "The Boxer" during the main ceremony.
His participation came after a student-led Facebook campaign to have him sing at the graduation.
Paul Simon and Joan Baez performed together at the Children's Health Fund Benefit Gala on June 2, 2010, at the Hilton New York.
This event was a fundraiser for the Children's Health Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healthcare to children in underserved communities.
The two iconic musicians have collaborated on other occasions as well, such as at Joan Baez's 75th birthday celebration, where they performed a notable duet of "The Boxer".
